These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Next Take Entertainment website and your attendance at events presented or promoted by Next Take Entertainment (“Next Take Entertainment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending one of our events, you agree to these terms.
 
1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final and are subject to our Refund Policy. Before purchasing a ticket, please carefully confirm the event name, date, time, and location.
Tickets may be sold through official online ticketing platforms, directly by Next Take Entertainment, or through authorized artists, performers, or other sellers. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may not be valid.
Next Take Entertainment reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from an event who violates these Terms & Conditions, venue policies, or applicable laws.
 
2. Event Changes
Event details, including performers, schedules, set times, venue arrangements, and other programming, may be subject to change. Artist cancellations, substitutions, schedule changes, or other modifications do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If an event is fully cancelled, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
 
3. Code of Conduct
Next Take Entertainment is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for attendees, artists, performers, venue staff, event staff, volunteers, vendors, and everyone else involved in our events.
 
By attending an event, you agree to:

  • Treat artists, performers, venue staff, event staff, volunteers, vendors, security personnel, and other attendees with respect.

  • Follow reasonable instructions from venue and event staff.

  • Respect performers and allow them to perform without harassment, interference, or disruption.

  • Respect the personal space, property, and boundaries of others.

  • Refrain from threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.

  • Refrain from fighting, physical aggression, intimidation, or unwanted physical contact.

  • Refrain from damaging venue property, equipment, or the property of artists, staff, vendors, or other attendees.

  • Follow all venue rules and applicable laws.

  • Use designated entrances, exits, smoking areas, and other areas as instructed.

  • Respect age restrictions, alcohol policies, and other venue requirements.

 
Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, stalking, or other behavior that creates an unsafe or disruptive environment will not be tolerated.
 
4. Removal From Events
Next Take Entertainment and/or the event venue reserve the right to deny admission or remove an attendee from an event, without refund, when that person violates these Terms & Conditions, venue policies, or applicable laws, or engages in behavior that staff reasonably determine to be unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate.
Depending on the circumstances, removed attendees may also be prohibited from attending future Next Take Entertainment events.

5. Prohibited Items and Activities
Each venue may have its own restrictions regarding prohibited items and activities. Attendees are responsible for following the rules of the venue where an event takes place.
Weapons, illegal drugs, and other prohibited items or substances are not permitted. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the event or venue.
 
6. Photography and Recording
By attending a Next Take Entertainment event, you acknowledge that photography, video, and other recordings may take place during the event.
By entering the event, you grant Next Take Entertainment and its authorized representatives permission to use your image or likeness captured at the event in promotional, advertising, social media, or other marketing materials without compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Attendees may take personal photographs and recordings when permitted by the venue and event. Professional equipment, commercial recording, or photography may require prior authorization.
 
7. Website Use
You agree to use the Next Take Entertainment website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, accounts, or data; interfere with its operation; introduce malicious software; or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Event information, graphics, photographs, logos, written content, and other materials displayed on the website are owned by or licensed to Next Take Entertainment or their respective owners and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
