REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales for Next Take Entertainment events are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason, except in the event that an event is fully cancelled.

If an event is fully cancelled, refunds will be available only for tickets purchased through the official online ticketing website. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the online purchase.

Tickets purchased as physical or hard-copy tickets directly from artists, bands, performers, or other authorized sellers are not eligible for refunds.

Tickets will not be refunded due to changes to the event lineup, artist cancellations or substitutions, changes to event times, changes to event details, weather, transportation issues, personal circumstances, or a ticket holder's inability to attend.
Before purchasing tickets, please carefully confirm the event title, date, time, and location. By purchasing a ticket to any Next Take Entertainment event, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and the terms of your ticket purchase.
Next Take Entertainment reserves the right to modify or update this policy as necessary.
